First Assignment (Mind-Map)

9-9-2012: Today when I was in the class, I stared to think of a topic to do my mind map. there are four topic that I really like (water sources - forestry - endangered spices - smoking ).

smoking: I did not want to do this topic because I feel a lot of people talks about it and I want to do some thing is really interesting me. I really liked endangered spices because I love animal and there is a lot of animals are die and I do not have the chance to see them in reality. and there is a lot of reasons that cause their death and there is many solutions that helps to keep the animal alive.

I find many of the species are in danger and they will disappear soon. For example, Oryx, Polar Bear, Golden poison Frog, Green Turtle, Banda, …….

Because there are many of species and I have only one week to finish this project I diced to choose only four animals, which are Oryx, Polar Bear, Golden poison Frog and Green Turtle.

There are some reasons like loss habitat or hunting and most of the species has the same reasons to be endangered and the main person who responsible for is (Human)

There are many information that I gain and it’ really interested me.

1. Green turtles are not green for real but they name it because of the fats inside her are green.

2. Oryx are live in Jordan and KSA and Oman!

3. People are taking the benefit of the Golden poison frog and they put the arrows in the frogs back to take the toxic and then they hunt animals using the frog poise.

4. Polar bear is the strongest animal in the polar. And his diet not only fish as I know but he eats seals as well.

5. People like to eat green turtle and they not eat the egg only! But they like the turtle meet!

  

 After I find the information that I need I start to sketches for the design. here are the process of doing this project:

                                     frist of all I need a cup of milk to focus in my work

               some sketches that I did and drawing that give me more ideas for the design

      The expanding line will be four elements each animals will have some thing related to his                        
          background
          arrows for the frog
          bones for the polar bear
          fishing rod for the green Turtle
          horns for the Oryx

                          The last thing I sis is to sew (fishing rode an idea to do the lines)
